Not sure why state gave me a refund

I amended my 2020 PA state return a month ago. On my amended, return I owed PA $95. The check was deposited by the state.

This week I received a check from PA for the $95. No explanation as to why they gave $95. What gives... did my amended return get processed incorrectly?

TurboTax receives no information from the IRS or a state once the tax return has been filed and accepted.

You should be receiving a letter in the mail from the state within a few weeks explaining why they refunded the amount that you paid.
