North Carolina refund status

Hello, I have a problem with my state refund, my North Carolina was at stage 4 going to stage 5 but went back to stage 2, does anybody else know or have similar issue, I need answers.

TurboTax gets no information from your state after you file your tax return.   You will have to ask the state yourself.

@Honeykiller - NC is normally pretty swift on processing returns.  Suggest calling the state department of revenue  - unlike the IRS, they will pick up very, very quickly, almost on the first ring.....
