North Carolina E-Filing "Technical Hiccup"

Validation of North Carolina e-file failed due to a "Technical Hiccup"

I already paid the State Tax filing fee directly to Turbo Tax with a payment of state taxes owed in one week. 

I understand that I can file by mail but how do I deal with the payment situation?  Is there a way of cancelling the payment in the event this technical glitch does not get fixed soon?

Many of the North Carolina state forms are not available yet for e-filing. You can monitor the status of the forms needed for your North Carolina tax return via the below link. If the forms become available sooner than the currently published date, the article will be updated to provide the new availability date.
