Why can't I transmit my NJ State return like I have done last couple of years? It says it's not open? I have to print and mail?
@rowena Is yours a normal NJ State return? Do you have an exact form number?
It's a regular Partnership return usually files with the 1065. For whatever reason, Intuit is not able to transmit the return. So I just want them to tell us what needs to be done. There is a deadline so either direct us to the forms from NJ to download and send along with the printed return.
Efile of New Jersey Partnership returns is not supported by TurboTax this year.
You will need to print and mail your return by the filing deadline; for a calendar year business your partnership return is due April 15.
For a fiscal year partnership, your deadline is the 15th day of the 4th month after the end of your tax year.
