New York IT-204-LL e-file PIN?

Hi. I'm filing State Tax for Partnership LLC using TurboTax Business. In the Reviewing Your Return step, it does not move forward after pressing Continue button. Seems like all fields are filled out but State Issued PIN is missing under Part V - Electronic Filing Information. This is the first year filing and I can't find how to create or receive the State issued PIN. I used IRS PIN for individual filing last year but is there a State issued PIN in New York and where can I find information about how to get one? If anyone already have experience with this, please help me. Thank you!

If this is the first year for the Partnership filing, enter a 5 digit number. It should go through without a problem. On the individual return, NY requires all of the information on the driver's license. Since the partnership is a pass-thru entity, that option is not available, so now they are asking for a pin. If you did not receive one, any number should work.
