Need help - Hawaii State Return - Married Filing Separately

My tax situation required me to use CD version of TurboTax as opposed to online version.  With online version I can upgrade and get live support.  Do I have options to pay for live support for CD version?

I am a resident of Texas which has no state income tax.  My wife moved to Hawaii in July 2020 and established residence there.  For Hawaii purposes, I will file Married Filing Separately but does this mean I'm creating two Hawaii returns - one for me and one for her?  I'd appreciate some help.  Thanks.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to upgrade to TurboTax Live support, but with TurboTax Premier, you are able to contact phone support for assistance with your tax return. You can contact support by following the instructions here What is the TurboTax phone number?

If you had no Hawaiian income, you would not need to file a nonresident return for Hawaii. Married couples may elect to file separate Hawaii returns even if they filed a joint federal return. Both spouses must figure tax using the same method (either standard or itemized deductions)
