MO Social Security Disability page

Confused by the MISSOURI SOCIAL SECURITY ADJUSTMENT screen.

"Enter the amount of disability income that was included in your taxable federal social security.  Each person should have received either social security benefits or SS disability benefits, but not both.  Please make sure you enter correctly what you received."  In prefilled box on top, SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS, husband shows amount of SS benefits he received.  Wife prefilled $0.  Then below is SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY BENEFITS which we complete.  Husband's SS benefits ARE disability, so assumed we should just input that amount again in his section and leave wife's at $0?  If this is the case, would have assumed the default on top "BENEFITS"   to go to $0.  Or is it that we are just clarifying that the SS income he received was in fact disability?

Does wife receive any SS benefits?  If not, then yes, leave this as $0.

Change the prepopulated amount to $0 if all of the benefits were disability.  TurboTax has no way to know that the 1099-SSA you received is for disability benefits and not regular social security. Then enter the full amount as disability if everything he received was SS disability.  If he had disability for part of the year and then converted to Social Security, then you would enter the amount received for the months he had as disability as the disability and then the rest as regular social security.

It won't allow me to change the prepopulated $ in SSI Benefit for husband, it only asks us to make any changes in the box below which says SS DISABILITY.  So assuming if all SS benefits for full year from him ARE disability, then I duplicate the amount which is prefilled to the DISABILITY section (wife has no SS).  So now both SS BENEFITS and DISABILITY for him are both populated with that same $$.  Just making sure not duplicated in taxation.
