I belive there is an error in the way Turbo Tax calculated Minnesota Form M-15. I paid mor in quarterlies than I owed in taxes and TT never tried to use the optional short method which showed that I did not owe an underpayment amount. Also it never asked me if I wanted may refund direct deposited and I could not enter it manually in thge form.
