Lived In Two States During 2021

We lived in MD Jan 2021 to July 2021 and now live in DE Aug 2021 to Dec 2021. We paid state taxes to both locations. I'm using Turbotax Home & Business to file our taxes. Will this software allow me to file a Fed return plus respective returns to both MD and DE?

Thanks

Yes, you can file a part year tax return for both MD and DE if you indicated in the My Info section that you earned money in a non-resident state.  You should have indicated that DE is your resident state and that you also earned money in your non-resident state of MD.

Yes.  You will complete your federal return first, then TurboTax will allow you to complete both states.  When you are in the 'Personal Info' screen be sure to select the second state that you will need.  Be sure to enter the income and withholding appropriately in your W-2 screens.  See the image below.

You can begin either state first since you are a part year resident in both states.  Double check your income to be sure you have the correct state wages and taxes, etc.
