LA non-resident forms

How do I print the LA non-resident return that I completed in TurboTax premier?  I have been able to print the return in 2018 and before.

The LA non-resident form IT-540B has not been released by Louisiana State Dept of Revenue.  At this time, there is no time frame on when it will be released.
