k-1 CA

I have 2 CA K-1. for LLC. They are ok.

I don't have a K-1 for an S corp. Yet CA won't let me delete the untitled K-1 S corp.

This produces an error I can't fix.

IL is my resident state. I have no problem with it.

What can I do?

If you are using TurboTax Online, use the Delete a Form feature to find and delete the untitled S Corp K-1 form.

Here's how to delete your form in TurboTax Online:

  1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
  2. In the left menu, select the dropdown arrow next to Tax Tools and then underneath that Tools.
  3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
  4. Scroll down to until you find the untitled S Corp K-1.  Check in both the federal and applicable state tax section(s).
  5. Select Delete next to the "untitled S Corp K-1" in the list and follow the instructions.

If you are using a Download/CD version of TurboTax, you can find the untitled S Corp K-1 in Forms mode (icon top right in blue bar).  Find the form in the left pane, click on it and it will open in the window, and then click Delete Form at the bottom.
