How do I get help with a problem in a Turbotax calculation in a state return?

The State of California notified me that I reported more estimated tax payments than they received. I went back and checked and I entered them correctly. Turbotax came up with another number and I didn't catch it. Now I owe penalties. I have screen prints.

Did you maybe enter an estimate you made in January for the 2023 4th qtr payment?   Did you check your bank statements for all the payments?  You’ll have to send CA proof you made the payments.  Your only proof is your bank account or credit card showing the payments.   How did you pay them?  Maybe one got applied to the wrong year or the wrong account.

The state of CA knows how much you paid and you know how much TurboTax says you paid.

If the difference is negative, then you owe the difference. possibly with penalty.
