I e-filed my federal return. In years past TurboTax had an easy option to print my MN return to be signed an mailed. For tax year 2021 I cannot find this option. How do I file my state return without paying an additional $25 fee?
Please visit the Help Article below for information on how to file your state return by mail.
Thanks, but I am using the Windows desktop version of TurboTax. The article you linked describes a similar experience to what the desktop version had in past years. Also, that article discusses filing a federal return. I have successfully e-filed my federal return but I cannot find how to print and mail my Minnesota return.
When I go through the File steps, it shows correctly that I my federal return has already been transmitted. For my Minnesota return my only options are "E-file my state return now" and "Do not e-file my state return now, I'll do it later".
Is the correct way to mail my Minnesota return to choose to Print, select "All official forms required for filing", and then mail the documents under "2021 Minnesota Tax Return"?
