Hello

I was wondering , did  the IRS take my state taxes?  I still haven’t got it back?

If you’re asking whether the IRS took your state tax refund to apply to some sort of debt you may have, it’s possible.

You’ll be notified if that’s the case.

Please see Levying your state tax refund through the State Income Tax Levy Program (SITLP) in the IRS’ Federal and State Levy Programs page for more information.

If this wasn’t your question, please provide more information.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
