Hello, I have filed my Federal taxes and Turbo Tax is stating my CA state return is ready until I get to the print and file part. It states the following: Your California return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet. Notify me when my forms are ready.
I click on the Notify me when my forms are ready link and it takes me to a screen to enter my email and I get an error message stating: Unable to load message id No forms or products have been specified. Please close window and try again.
I have tried several times without success. :(
