Form 3514 glitch

TT is throwing an error during review that I can't resolve.  I don't qualify for EITC which is what CA Form 3514 is for but TT persists in populating question 9a in column 2 with a Yes value.  It should be blank.  (I don't even have a child listed in column 2.)   Selecting No Entry during review has no effect.

My troubleshooting efforts thus far:  cleaned out cache and cookies in Safari and Chrome, created a new account with Intuit and did my taxes from scratch using Chrome (same error.)

Happy to announce that TurboTax resolved this issue as of today.  They called me Monday to have me run through the problem.  

Pretty impressive!

Could you please show me the resolution to this? I am currently struggling as well with this glitch.

I can't show you the resolution but I recommend you start a new thread detailing the problem.  I think that's what's needed to get TT to start addressing it.  As I wrote, they contacted me and resolved the issue in a few days.
