I've always filed without a state ID or driver's license. I'm a non-US resident and only have a passport with me. I've never had any issue until this year; I'm not able to proceed with the filing without filling in those details although the help section said to select "SKIP" but where is the SKIP??
Please help; I've filed for my federal taxes and it's only state taxes left.
