Filing tax from two states

While filing my PA tax, I see my job from MA listed twice - once in PA and once in MA. Should I uncheck the "make this income taxable in PA" for both? The MA state tax has already been deducted. I am a PA resident.

No, as a Pennsylvania resident, you must report the income from all sources.  As a Massachusetts nonresident, you only have to pay tax on the income you earned in the state.  You will get a credit for the taxes to paid to Massachusetts on your Pennsylvania return so essentially you will not get taxed twice on the same income.  TurboTax will guide you to get the correct amounts.
