Error message

I am in Kentucky.    

 

I keep getting this:  “Not eligible for Electronic Filing reason being:  Returns that do not have an SSN OR EIN for each dependent care provider are not eligible for electronic filing.”     I did not enter any dependents I do not have any. Help!
