I was supposed to receive a special rate of $20 for my state efiling. I was charged $25 plus taxes. I cannot find any where to send an email about the overcharge and don't want to spend hours on the phone during tax season waiting to talk to someone. This is not the first time this has happened and i am beginning to thunk it is a ploy where you offer the reduced fee and then don’t actually give it figuring most people will just give up

If you want a $5 refund the only way to do that is to contact TurboTax support as they are the only ones that can authorize a refund or a cancellation of a payment. Use the key words Billing Issue
