I cannot e file my Michigan return. It says I need to update, which I have. I have also talked to 3 different turbo tax staff, who have all said the same thing, which I did everything that was said. I was told I may have to send it in, which is fine, but turbo tax charged me 19.99 to e file, which they said they cannot refund me. So basically I paid for a service that I am not getting. Any ideas?

We do apologize for the issue that you continue to experience. Please click What is the TurboTax phone number and choose the version of TurboTax that you are using to connect with the correct agent. Let the agent know that you are having problems with a known issue and that you need for them to push the state download.
