E-File is not accepting payment

Have tried 4 different browsers at minimal security to no avail.  Three different cards have all been given the same response...little pink box saying to check everything.  Your service seems to get worse every year for the past 18 and this may be the last.

Has anyone been able to rectify this situation. I'm still having trouble filing and today is the deadline. I've been at it for almost 3 weeks now. Extremely frustrating

In regard to paying TurboTax fees, I don't know if you are using Online TurboTax or the desktop software.

 

I'm only a fellow user, not a TurboTax employee, but I've seen anecdotal reports from a couple of users in this situation in Online TurboTax, that to pay for their TurboTax fees, they used a completely different card with a different card address than the one in their TurboTax account, and it went through.  One user used her sister's card, for instance.  One may have used his wife's card.  Another used his company card.  Those are strictly anecdotal, however.   I've mentioned higher up in this thread how you can phone TurboTax Support, if needed.  There's also a FAQ on this issue in that answer.

My case maybe similar, yet different. I had a hard time too when paying for Ohio taxes. It seems that for me, it just didn't tell me that I already had an existing account.

I also had to pay using the Guest feature I was unable to Login and use that process.
