The spouse tax adjustment will be automatically calculated in TurboTax if you enter each spouses wages properly in the program. Just make sure you indicate which spouse's income you are entering.

Married couples filing jointly on Form 760 could see their tax decrease by up to $259 with the spousal tax adjustment. Joint taxable income must be over $3,000 and both spouses must have taxable income to benefit from this adjustment.

You can learn more about the tax credit here:

TT does not automatically adjust for the best refund when accounting for capital gains and dividend income.  It just asks you put a number in each field (self and spouse) that equals the total amount noted on the federal form.  TT does not automatically adjust the ratios for best refund.  In fact, TT does not allow adjustments to dividend income for married couples but it's definitely a part of the state website calculator.
