User Manual available? Can docs be printed? Is it online or CD-ROMs? Do you recommend it?

You can print the documents, as well as prepare documents for your immediate family. @Spikey-Mikey
This is the user forum for TurboTax where we answer questions about income tax and the tax software. Why are you asking about a will writing program here?
Intuit is also peddling that software on their TurboTax site... for $39. That's why.

Take five seconds to see that Will Builder by ARAG is part of what TurboTax offers during the checkout process before replying with a response of no value.
Are there any screenshots of this product? I wish we could see what it looks like before actually purchasing it.
It looks like if I purchase the Will Builder we can access/update it for one year. After that are the documents still 'legal' or do we have to pay annually to keep access to them? I understand and assume if I want to revise them, I'd likely have to renew it. I'm just making sure it is a one-time fee and legal after the purchase expires. I hope that makes sense. Anyone know?
The fact there is next to no information, screenshots, in-depth explanations of the features of this software/service, is very telling. I think if you want people to give you their $ upfront, you need to be very forthcoming with exactly what they're getting, not just stop at a high-level list of bullets.
@daveh20 exactly. It’s most likely awful and it’s very odd that there is zero info available about a product being offered for purchase prior to actually making the purchase.
Even more concerning no one on the forum is familiar with or cannot provide any kind of info or document about it either.
I appreciate the ability to search on multiple platforms. Since this is a TurboTax offer, I was happy to find the information in the room I hang out in most.
"It's most likely awful." What leads you to this conclusion?
references to Will Builder here - not very positive reviews on BBB

@susitnavalley Are you kidding?
Maybe the fact that there was no information available about the product, no screenshots, and no one from support on these forums had a clue what any of us were talking about but it’s still offered as an add on for purchase through TurboTax.
I think that’s pretty conclusive.
Turbo Tax and Will Builder are a scam. Signed up for Will Builder through offer shown on Turbo Tax. No expiration date for Will Builder purchase was provided by Turbo Tax at time of purchase or by emails sent to my address from Will Builders informing how to set up my account that my purchase had a specific expiration date. Upon learning that my purchased was expired, I contacted both Turbo Tax and Will Builder on my situation both passed it off as an issue that they couldn't resolve and told me to call the other. Do not sign up for any external service from Turbo Tax without being sure that there is an expiration date. My only recourse to their action is to file a complaint with state attorney general office - consumer fraud.
Depending on when you purchase Will Builder, you’ll have access to it for at least a year.

Unfortunately talking to both reps from Turbo Tax and Will Builder, I was told by both that my purchase of Will Builder on 3/17/024 expired on 4/30/24. Can't straight answer from anyone at these 2 companies!
If you purchased Will Builder on 3/17/24, it would expire on 4/30/2025. Have you tried calling ARAG at 800-255-3352?
If you think that what you are getting with ARAG Will Builder is a platform to create simple will, power of attorney, and living will documents, you are wrong. It is a membership that expires. If I had known that I wouldn't have bothered to sign up, especially since I found out that many (all?) U.S. states provide help with making legal wills, offering resources and information about the process. Many states have online resources or legal aid organizations that can assist with understanding the requirements and navigating the process, too. So don't waste your $ with ARAG Will Builder.
