I chose file by mail option for our joint state returns. It is 3 February (the date the website says OH forms would be available for Mac and Windows to print and be final). However, the online status says available without any dates). However, our OH return still have the "DO NOT FILE. E-FILE ONLY" (if I access from download/print button) or "DO NOT FILE. FORM NOT FINAL" (if I access from all forms and worksheets) watermarks on it. How do I fix this?
The phone representative mentioned waiting another 24 hours to see if the watermark is removed since the date is 3 February for the other methods, and it's still the same date, so I'm going to wait and update tomorrow.
UPDATE: I went to my tax timeline: clicked on add a state: then went into print center and was able to print out all the forms without the watermarks! Issue is resolved.
