Do I need to file Massachusetts state return?

I am a New Hampshire resident working from home. My job is in Massachusetts. Do I have to report Massachusetts state tax return? If yes, then do I have to get any document from the company? I don't have any clue. Please help me.

Massachusetts' rules for your situation have become very complicated since the pandemic.  As a non-resident of MA, MA can only tax you on "Massachusetts-sourced" income.   See Section (3) of this reference for guidance on how to calculate your "Massachusetts-sourced" income:
