Deleting and restarting a state return

I'm using TurboTax Premier 2024, desktop version, and I'm having an issue with a SC state return. It won't delete form SC 1040TC so I want to delete the whole state return and start over. I see the remove option but I'm afraid I'll have to pay for it if I remove SC completely. Is that true? Any other options for wiping the info and starting over?

You will only be removing the state tax return.  You cannot remove the state software.

No.  You are just removing the state tax return data not the actual state program.  You can start the state again.
