The system will not accept any of my credit cards for my WI state e-file fee. It would seem that collecting my money for yourselves would be a high priority. I need to call your service number for each filing for my direct family members to obtain a State eFile Confirmation Number. When received after a generally 20-30 minute wait, the return can be submitted.
No explanation of why this happens and it is very disappointing. I can’t believe I have to pay for this malarkey.
