CO Pension exclusion

CO excludes 24K in pension if > 65.On the exclusions wks line 5 my husband has $63459 and I have $6868.Line 6 he has $10601 and I have 0.Shouldn't line 6 be $24k and $6868?

There is interaction between your pension exclusion and Social Security.

 

It looks like (although I am just using a crystal ball at the moment) that your allowable Social Security exclusion is reducing your husband's $24,000 to $10,601.

 

Take a look at 8c to see if this amount subtracted from $24,000 is $10,601.
