Cannot file my State because "Principal addr ZipCode is invalid for State EFiling How or where can fix this

As  stated in this help article, which was recently updated:

 

• You may receive a message like:
• ZIP code is invalid for Electronic Filing. You must enter a valid ZIP code for your state. Enter a correct ZIP code in this format 'nnnnn' or 'nnnnn-nnnn'
• TurboTax follows the IRS guidelines for acceptable ZIP codes. If the two-letter state abbreviation doesn't match the ZIP code, you'll receive this error when attempting to e-file.

Solution

If you receive the error mentioned above:

 

• Double-check you entered the correct two-letter state code
• Make sure you've entered the ZIP code in either 5-digit or 9-digit format (for example 12345 or 12345-6789)
• Look up the correct ZIP code for the street address in question
