I upgraded my pc from Win7 to Win10, re-installed TT H&B2019, and already had downloaded my California state software (in addition to three other states) while on Win7. Now I cannot get my California State to load....keeps asking me to connect to Intuit and buy California again (which I did, hoping that would fix the issue, coz I need to get this tax return done, and STILL NOTHING! Help!
