Can't finish e-file for state

I keep getting "Let's try that again" when I click the complete purchase online for the state efile.  This is what it says. 

 

Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag

Please try again or check back in a bit.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window

I'm having the same issue with TT Deluxe for Desktop. Were you able to resolve this problem? I tried calling and was transferred 3x over 75 minutes. Everyone wanted to "fix" my issue rather than just selling me the $25 efile. They finally gave up and transferred me to the 4th person who was going to take my payment, then they dropped the call. Typical.

If you are unable to complete the e-filing of your state tax return, try the following steps listed below as often times it resolves the issue. 

 

  • Try logging out of the program and logging back in.
  • Clear your cache and cookies. ‌ 
  • Please click here for instructions on how to clear your cache. Please click here for instructions on clearing your cookies.
  • You may also try using another web  browser.  
  • Also, make sure that all updates have been run for your TurboTax program.  Click here for information on manually updating TurboTax.
