Can I e-file my NE State return without 3800N?

Turbotax says I need NE State form 3800N. NE Dept. of Revenue says I don't. TurboTax won't let me e-file because of this form it says is missing. It is NOT required. What do I do to get the e-file to go through?"

Make sure the lines for form 3800N are blank... not even a 0 on the line... if you know you don't need to use that form. So, on the form 1040N, make sure lines 23 & 30 are BLANK. Then go back to Step-by-Step, and go forward through the steps to e-file, and it should work.
