California difference for itemized deduction

As per this post  federal income tax does not allow investment advising fee deduction until 2025, under itemized deduction.

 

However, California allows   itemized deduction for investment advising fee. 

 

How do I enter such California difference in TurboTax ?

Enter the CA allowed itemized deduction on the federal  itemized deductions screens.   Your particular expense will be entered under the "Other Investment Expenses" option.
