calfornia state form 3553

when i do my check to see if correct i keep getting error message to fill out new employee form 3554,  line E, i am not a new employee been with my company over 15 years.  what do i need to do to correct this?

i do not own or operate a company

If you want to delete an individual form, please follow these instructions:

 

TurboTax Online

  1. While in your return, click on Tax Tools > Tools (in the black bar at the side of your screen).  
  2. In the Tools Center, under Other helpful links click on Delete a form.
  3. Click Delete next to the form you want to delete and follow the onscreen instructions. 
  4. Once you have finished deleting the desired form(s) click the Continue with My Return box (in the lower right of your screen).

 

Qualified employer requirements

  • Must be engaged in a trade or business in California within the DGA
  • Hires qualified employees 
  • Obtains a tentative credit reservation for the qualified employees
  • Pays qualified wages  
  • Is not in an excluded business
  • Has a net increase in jobs

the instructions you gave are not in my program i went to a different section to delete and not it does not receonize that i am a person and still wants the form 3554 filled out.

The procedure above is for TurboTax Online.  

If you’re using TurboTax CD or Desktop, there’s a different method to use.
