CA Refund amounts differ with different softwares

I tested 3 tax return filing softwares for 2019 California State Refunds. By putting in the same data, the refund amounts greatly differ per each software as shown below:

 

FreeTaxUSA.           $985

TurboTax.               $1,115

CalFile.                   $2,542

 

The Fed tax mounts Due per each of these 3 softwares. Did anyone else has similar experience with California or other State returns with different softwares?

Thanks for the info. 
I used the turbotax online deluxe version and the purchased downloaded version —I used the same info but there is a difference in the federal refund of $81. I doubled checked everything and have no idea why they would be different.
