Broken payment of state e-filing

I have the downloaded 2020 Turbo Tax version purchased through Amazon. I was previously unable to e-file my state return because the software wasn't acknowledging my already-filed federal return. The new 3/19 release has finally allowed me to go through the first part of e-filing my MD state return; however, when I get past entering the data to the screen that should be followed by payment, the page is stagnant and the radio "Continue" button/link doesn't work. So I STILL can't e-file my state return. This was a problem before and I assumed it would be fixed with the recent bug fixes. This is ridiculous. I filed my federal taxes 10 days ago! I've used TT many times and have NEVER had issues like this year's version.  What happened?

I am having the same problem trying to e-file my federal return.  Had it last year also.  when I have entered all of the information that is requested to efile and click the continue button nothing happens.
