Arizona E-Filing

Turbo Tax is telling me I need to file a paper return because I have a non-calendar year tax return in Arizona, when it is a calendar year tax return.  How can I fix this?

May I ask are you filing an Individual or Business return?

Please also clarify you are using a personal income tax product here and not a business product.

It is a good idea to first clear your cache and cookies - which means removing all of the temporary programs that can gum up your web browser.  If that doesn't work, try using a different web browser.

Here is a link on how to clear your cache and cookies.

Then delete the Arizona return and re-create it.  See if that helps.

If it doesn't then you are probably better off having someone walk through the return with you to look at your entries so I recommend getting live expert help.

However, that requires upgrading your product which may be an expense you don't want.  In that case you can call an expert and ask questions over the phone.
