I am currently preparing my state return for KS. I had pulled my annuity from my previous employer WA that I had built up for 10 years. I only lived in KS for 8 months out of the year and then moved back to WA for the remaining 4. Do I have to claim my annuity income on the "Part-Year and Nonresident Income Allocation" section of the tax return? I did not earn any of this annuity in KS and taxes are already being taken out of it.
