Adjustment to Georgia Schedule 1

I have an amount added to my Georgia Schedule 1 and the description says "Federal Schedule A Adjustment." I'm not sure why it's there or what it represents. And I'm not sure what to do with it. Help, please.

I have the same thing and have spent hours trying to figure out why. After a long discussion with a TurboTax consultant I think my adjustment was because the Federal medical deduction % above which you can claim medical expenses is 7.5% for 2019. It was going to be 10%, but the government postponed that change. I believe GA is still using 10%, but have been unable to verify that either online or after many phone calls. The amout of my adjustment is exactly 2.5% of my total medical expenses. If that is the case for you, this could be the reason for your adjustment as well.
