why can't I get my 1099-MISC portion completed

I received a 1099-MISC for playing music and this program won't let me complete it

If you worked as a contractor or freelancer, you should have received a Form 1099-NEC instead of a Form 1099-MISC.  You should contact the payer directly and ask them to send you a 1099-NEC form instead.
