Hello, I use my daughter's car to work as on Instacart. Turbo tax gives me the option to deduct actual mileage and actual expenses even though the car is not mine. I've done this in previous years. I've entered these in the vehicle expenses deduction section. Someone else told me that I couldn't do that and to put those expenses (gas, insurance, tires, maintenance) under Other MISC. Expenses. I'm confused about what to do. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
