I entered yes to the disaster distribution because we cashed in retirement in 2020 . Which we paid taxes on. I thought this question meant we wouldn't pay any penalty tax due to the disaster, prompting a refund of what we paid in 2020. Before I entered this info I owed $298. It then jumped to $540. I realized I should have said no to this question & backed the info out. & checked no. It did not go back to $298???????????!!! I feel like its a turbo tax glitch regarding this question. Is it true I cant get help from them unless I pay hundreds of dollars?! I feel like this is on their end but cant find a way to contact them?
