Sales tax and income tax are two different things. TurboTax does not deal with sales tax. Typically a sales tax is charged by the state. But entities below the state level can also impose sales taxes. For example, in addition to the state sales tax there can also be a county sales tax or city sales tax. You should have been provided this information when you registered your business with your state and local taxing authorities.
