Roof Replacement

I operate a small business in a home, and I would like to know if I can deduct the cost of replacing roof shingles for the entire house under "Repairs and Maintenance."

The insurance paid 100% of the cost, but I'm unsure if I should try to recoup the costs anyway.

TIA

If the insurance paid 100% of the repairs, there is no out-of-pocket expenditure from you, and you cannot claim this cost anywhere.
