No EIN, won't file

I am filing with a 1099-NCE as the recipient. It is allowing me to use the TIN/SSN of the payer over the EIN, because the TIN/SSN is the information I have received. But, when I go to Efile, it requires something to be in the EIN box, even though it only wants one or the other. What do?

Edit: have attempted to ad 00-0000000 to the EIN and have attempted to put N/A, but letters do not work and it won't allow both boxes to have values.

Try using the same payer TIN/SSN on the EIN Section. This should clear out the issue. If the error persists, reply to this thread with additional information. You can include a screenshot of the error page (remove any personally identifiable information such as SSN).
