How do i put in my 1099 misc for fmla
it is not self employed

Follow these steps:
Open your return to federal wages and income
Scroll down to Other Common Income
Select 1099-MISC
Enter payer's EIN, name and your box 3 income
Continue
Describe - FMLA
Continue
None of these apply
Continue
Select No, not like my main job
Select
got it in 2025 ONLY -
- selecting any extra boxes will change it to self employment
Select No intent to earn money - this was a benefit, not a job
