Do I Need an LLC?

I am a salesperson for a company, hired as a 1099 contractor. Should I form an LLC for myself, or continue receiving payment as an individual?

Unless you want to incorporate  or  get an EIN  or are required to do either by the payer  it is not needed.  Before you do anything get educated on the possibilities  ... possibly consult a local professional.
