Can I clear box 17 on a 1099 misc worksheet?

Box 17 has incorrect info and I want to clear it.

Boxes 16-18 report state tax withheld on Form 10990-MISC. 

Is that what you are trying to change?

Did you report state tax withheld on your 1099-MISC?
