Business Covid relief

Our local Chamber of Commerce raised money from varies entities (Stat grants and Local Corporations) and gave $10,000 to local business who applied for COVID relief.  Is this money taxable?  We never received a 1099.  Not sure how to report this.

It is taxable and you would enter it under "other income" in the business income section.
